Picking High Volume Penny Stocks

By: Pennystockpile.com

Figuring out how to find the best stocks to invest in is quite
easy. Penny stock picks are lists of penny stocks that companies
think will be going up in the next few hours, to few months. A
great example of this is www.pennystockpile.com,
a free forum and stock picks website.

Aside from paying companies to do research for you, we'll give
you a couple tips on how to do it yourself quickly and
effectively.

The first place to start is something called a filter. Other
people may refer to them as stock screeners. The best one for
searching out the penny stocks is www.globeinvestor.com. You can
see at the top the link for the filter. Click that link.

Next you'll want to set the filter to find affordable stocks
that have a lot of volume, this is the key. It's fine to invest
in a stock that has low volume, but it will be much more
difficult to sell the shares once you've made profits, and even
worse, if you have to get out due to losses, you might not be
able too.

If you're looking for penny stocks, set the filter to look fro
all industries, all securities but the exchange should be OTCBB.
The otcbb is a listing of over the counter stocks that are
usually under 5 dollars, some will be much higher but most will
be from one hundredth of a cent per share and up.

Next, set the price greater than $0 that way it will find
everything in the 1 cent to 1 dollar range as well. Change the
report type to "Price Report - Quotes". Once the list has been
built, simply click on the "VOLUME" link at the top of the
report. It will organize the list by highest volume.
