Using the Medifast Diet? Medifast Diets are
meal replacement programs that helps most people lose weight
faster than traditional food-based diet plans. Medifast products
come in individual packets that you mix with water to create a
"shake" similar to an instant breakfast drink. Medifast is
available in a wide variety of flavors as well as several
alternate choices including protein bars, creamy soups, chili,
oatmeal and hot cocoa. Medifast Diets help you to lose weight. 

How does Medifast work? The clinically proven results of
Medifast are based on the use of a defined formula diet. The
