Roche Tamiflu- Complete Anti Viral Drug Information

Tamiflu (oseltamivir
phosphate), the miracle drug created by Roche
Pharmaceuticals has lately been approved by the Food and Drug

accepted as a treatment of both A and B types of Flu. Although
the FDA has warned that Tamiflu Drug is not a substitute for the

Working of Tamiflu-The drug is a neuraminidase inhibitor.
These inhibitors treat the cause of influenza infection by
inhibiting the critical neuraminidase protein on the surface of
the virus. As the flu multiplies, neuraminidase enables it to
move on and infect other host cells (left). When you inhibit
neuraminidase (right), the flu can't escape from its host cell,

source by attacking the virus that causes the flu, rather than
simply masking symptoms.
