Why the Dominican Republic can do without whingeing tight-wads, like Donald Harrison

Why the Dominican Republic can do without whingeing
tight-wads, like Donald Harrison

So Don Harrison continues to plague the article sites with 'his
version' of the problems in the Dominican Republic! But what
does he really know?

Was he there whilst the last presidential incumbent screwed the
country for every penny he and his cronies could get out of
it...after buying his way into power on the backs of the
politically ignorant...giving away a few bicycles and kissing a
few babies...then bringing the poor country to it's knees and
bankrupting the economy!

The only international travellers who did any good out of the
parlous mess that the Dominican Republic was in before President
Fernandez came to power were those who debauched themselves with
the many poor Dominican women forced into prostituting
themselves to feed their families...

A few pimps like that other 'Elvis' (who also stalks the halls
of GoArticles) with his seedy articles and smut peddling...and
his disgusting 'clients' like the equally perverted Bob Kelly
another sometime submitter of so-called-articles that are no
more than thinly veiled whingeing because they can't practice
their vile perversions quite so cheaply any more...

Well if the current economic state of the DR, as President
Fernandez tries to pull the DR back into some sort of 'financial
shape' makes it uncomfortable for the likes of the Harrisons,
the Kellys and the puke-making Preston Kings of this world and
drives them out the place the HEY...that is surely a blessing,
and a cause for celebration...it's just a shame that they are
likely to pole up elsewhere and take advantage of the poor
inhabitants of some other gangster-led regime!

The DR is going through some painful times, sadly necessary due
to the corruption of the last regime who are no doubt relaxing
in luxury somewhere...even if a few are having to line the
Lawyers pockets in an effort to keep out of the gaols they
belong in.

We know that those Dominicans who really know what is going on
have at least begun to feel some pride returning to themselves
and their country as a feeling of optimism about the future
finally returns to the this lovely country that was blighted for
those years before Leonel's return to try and sort the God awful
mess out...

It can only be GOOD NEWS that a whingeing, tight-wad like Don
Harrison is NOT going to settle in the DR for his retirement! As
for others out there with more understanding and compassion -

Support the DR, take your vacation-dollars there, spend, give,
donate...do what it takes to help the Dominicans, some of the
friendliest and most welcoming people in the world to gain a leg
up the economic ladder!

Don't be put off by the whining of those selfish tourist who
can't get their 'holiday thrill' as cheap as they used to. The
DR needs the tourist, it needs the property investor, it needs
its confidence rebuilding...it certainly doesn't need negative
bile spewed forth from the mouth of self-interested, ignorami
like Harrison or perverts like Kelly...
